Off to Northwestern España!
We're off to explore the northwest corner of Spain. Bob has been planning this trip for some time with an emphasis on wildflowers, walled villages, and wine. There aren't many new birds for him to see, but there are many other things of interest! We're flying to Heathrow, then Bilbao, and setting off by car,
vaguely following the pilgrims' trail to Santiago de Compostela and the Atlantic coast, and returning to Bilbao via the the Bay of Biscay.
